Due to current and anticipated demand from our clients for their projects in Asia, we are actively seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel to add value to our services.

Applications are invited from candidates with the following qualifications, knowledge and experience for the following posts:

SENIOR CONSULTANTS/CONSULTANTS

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building / Civil Engineering and/or related professional qualification/s from RICS, CIOB, CIArb, RISM/BoQS,        IEM/BEM or equivalent.
  • LLB, Certificate in Adjudication, Diploma in Arbitration or higher qualifications.
  • Commercial and contract administration/management experience with employers, contractors, and/or sub-contractors.
  • Those with ADR experience, added advantage.
  • At least 10 year(s) related experience.
  • To be based in Kuala Lumpur/Klang Valley and/or Johor.
  • Those who do not meet the above requirements but are above 30 years old, with relevant qualification/s and knowledge/experience may be considered for Consultant post.

 

Above all, the successful candidates will have to demonstrate a genuine awareness of the commercial realities of contracting in today’s construction markets and the demands of our clients, comprising of employers, contractors and sub-contractors, for cost effective, sound and value added solutions.
