Any of personal information transmitted via our website is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Although we strive to protect your data, we can not guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our website. Any personal information transmission is at your sole risk.

7. Cancellation of Seminar/Webinar Registration or Refund Request.

We do not accept any request for cancellation of registration or a refund for any reason save and except for our event cancellation or postponement. Nevertheless, you may transfer your registration to your replacement nominee. Such application must be emailed to us not later than 3 working days before any event organised by us, to admin@entrusty.com.

If a seminar/webinar is cancelled, we will refund of your registration fee in full via your selected payment method on our website (i.e., refund to the original payment method) or bank transfer within 14 working days from our notice of cancellation.

If a seminar/webinar postponed to a later date and you are not able to attend it, you may make a request for full refund of registration fee within 7 working days from our notification. We will refund the full amount to you within 14 working days from your request

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by laws of Malaysia.
