Encik Ismail Mohd. Hashim was born in Johor Bahru, Johor, on 17th February, 1938.
Encik Ismail has been in the service of the Government of Malaysia for 33 years, out of which 23 years of his career were served in this Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia, in his capacity as a Malaysian Diplomat in the Republic of Singapore, Republic of Sri Lanka, United States of America and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Encik Ismail retired from the service of the Government of Malaysia in 1993 on attaining the age of 55 years.
Encik Ismail is currently in service as Director on the Board of Entrusty Group of Companies and he has been holding the tenure of office since 1996.

Sr. Ong Hock Tek (“HT”) is a Fellow of eight professional institutions. Being a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Civil Engineering Surveyor, Chartered Builder, Registered Quantity Surveyor (BoQS) and Certified Construction Project Manager in Malaysia, he is a well-qualified multi-disciplinary and specialist consultant, experienced in pre and post contract quantity surveying duties, commercial and contractual administration/ management of various types of construction projects, gained from over 30 years of working experience with architectural, quantity surveying and project management professional firms, civil engineering and building contractors and specialist consultants. His specific experience and expertise include contracts management/administration, claims preparation/defense, dispute resolution, risks and value management, specializing in alternative dispute resolution, particularly in arbitration advisory and support services, documentation and proceedings. He also acts as an Arbitrator, Mediator, Negotiator, Expert Witness and/or Counsel Party on technical, commercial and contractual disputes/differences between the contracting parties, at both main and sub-contract levels on various types of project in the construction industry.
He completed his formal arbitration training through the International Commercial Arbitration course at Keble College, Oxford University, UK, and was awarded the Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration in December 1998, subsequently admitted as a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK in March 1999. He also completed his formal mediation training in 2000 through the Accredited Mediation course (Modules 1, 2 & 3) organised by CIDB and Global Mediation Services Ltd, Australia and a further 6-day mediation course for litigation in 2010 by Pepperdine University, California, USA and subsequently completed the KLRCA Adjudication Conversion Course in July 2012.
HT has been a Mediator, Arbitrator and currently Panel Adjudicator of KLRCA, a Panel Arbitrator of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, an Accredited Mediator and Value Manager, as well as a Certified Construction Project Manager with CIDB, a Regional Convenor of Institution of Value Management, Australia, past Deputy President of Chartered Institute of Building Malaysia and 1st Treasurer-General of Institution of Surveyors Malaysia. He is supportive and active in social and charitable organizations for many years, which include Ti-Ratana Welfare Society and Lighthouse Club, the latter being the Past President of Lighthouse Club, Kuala Lumpur. Being a Master Trainer (Master Trainers, New York), he has organised as chair and delivered (as speaker) in many public and in-house conferences, seminars and workshops for professional institutions and private/public listed companies in several subject areas, particularly construction contracts, ADR, risks and value management. He has also lectured part-time for bachelor and master degree programmes in the same areas for several years and has been a regular contributor to the Master Builders Journal on construction contract and management issues since 2002. Ar Toh Siew Kian (“SK”) is a professional architect registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia since 1983. He has about 30 years of working experience in the building industries having worked in the government sector as well as in a private architectural practice and also public-listed development companies.
SK’s experience include an all-rounded approach to project management throughout the various stages of schematic design, design development, contract documentation and contract implementation. He prepares preliminary conceptual proposals in interpreting the brief, develops the concept into submission plans to the local authorities, coordinates the other consultants, prepare construction details for contract documentation, provides periodical supervision on site as well as certifies the progress of work until the proper handing over of the completed project.

John Battersby is well qualified with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, the greater part of whihc has been on projects in Hong Kong and throughout the Asia Pacific region; having specialist expertise in the preparation/review, negotiation and settlement of claims for extensions of time and additional payment on behalf of contractors, sub-contractors, developers and government departments. Although most of such claims have been settled through the process of negotiation, the remainder have been successfully pursued through the process of mediation or arbitration.
He is an Accredited Mediator on the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre panel of mediators and a Dispute Resolution Advisor approved by the Architectural Services Department of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR and the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Mr Battersby is also a Member of the Academy of Experts and accredited by the Academy as an Expert. He is also the Group Managing Director of BKAPL.

Before becoming a Management System Consultant, Li Lih has had 11 years of industry experience. She was a Quality & Customer Care Manager for International Computers Ltd. (ICL) and for Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (a subsidiary of Sapura Holdings.) Her main roles involved the design, development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance systems as well as the coordination of all quality-related activities.

Eric Chew is an experienced Quantity Surveyor, traditionally been through Contractor and Project Management organization’s on a range of diverse projects including Infrastructure, building works, airport catering facilities, shopping centre and etc.
Having worked in Malaysia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, his experience covers the full range of project lifecycles from tendering/pricing, measurement, procurement, pre/post contract administration, up to final account / dispute resolution.
In addition, he has wide experiences in technical coordination/ resolution, claim preparation/ defense, as well as arbitration support services/ documentations.
Sr. Rachel Ng
Rachel Ng practiced as an Adjudicator for payment dispute in the construction industry. Experienced in various aspects of commercial and contract management duties particularly in the field of project, procurement and contract management, quantity surveying, contracts administration, cost planning and all aspect of pre and post contract management. Also, involved in various type of dispute resolution, essentially, arbitration, adjudication and litigation. Familiarise with the use of FIDIC Contract, Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia Standard Form of Contracts, JKR Form of Contracts, Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 and Malaysian Contract Act 1950. Having working experiences in Malaysia and Indonesia.
